Too bad the kale has those forever chemicals. Nothing nobody can do there!

@Wiseacre but the authors of the study that found the chemicals disagrees -
"Organic kale had higher levels of PFAS, which Verkerk said was “a bit of a shock finding”."
So being selfish can't save you from capitalism and its poison. The rich really are eating it, just like me - dying on the dying planet.

@Roundandroundwego i dont even like kale that much...i buy organic boxes of mixed dark leafy greens, which satisfies.
