@SW-User Me too, but am checking out oat and other options due to
almonds require large amounts of water and fertilizer to grow; they also produce tons of waste that can pollute waterways and soil. While these issues are a problem for farmers and manufacturers, they may also be an issue for consumers who eat almonds regularly.

@JSul3 I found the opposite to be true. Was raised on a farm and we had Jersey milk. Jersey cows give more cream than any other cow. I had a hard time getting used to store bought milk when we moved off the farm. And skim milk would be really terrible to digest. I think the problem with processed milk is the pasteurization kills the enzymes that help digest it plus they are using so many chemicals on dairy cows any more.
