What's one weird sandwich you like?

In Morocco we have a street sandwich popular in the North called bocadillos chamali

and another one in the South called lkhobza lmjnouna. It literally means the crazy bread, lol

I like a hybrid of the two

Filling is tuna, hard boiled eggs, mayo, carrot, parsley, mashed potatoes, rice and green olives!

Most of them are pretty mainstream.
I really like Falafel. Most people I know wrinkle their nose at it, or have no idea what it is.
I think it's the chick peas, lol.

But with some yogurt sauce, they're really tasty.

I can dig the tuna, parsley, mayo, rice and olives in the flatbread above.
I might leave out the potatoes though.

Falafel is awesome. I had it at Syrian restaurants in a bread with salad, pickles and tahini. So wholesome!

..potatoes and I have a strained relationship...I'd prefer them mashed or fried!!

I love Tahini. Also had Harissa sauce with couscous and chicken at a restaurant here...by far my favorite.

You can buy frozen kits at the store here.
The Syrian Falafel would be the real McCoy though and tremendously flavorful, no doubt it was fantastic.
And they're so healthy too!

I also got hooked on gyros/shawarma when I was 13 and became a regular at the downtown stand.
Everyday 12 PM sharp, this little dude would pull up on his bicycle
