Oh, those fancy a$s Michelin-starred restaurants where you spend 700+ bucks to eat a single raviolo
I'd be tempted to go to one just to wait for it to be served and reply «Yeah, it's well cooked, now bring in the rest!»

@Elessar I’ve never been to one of those but I’m aware of them. Yeah that’s outrageous.

@Elessar TIL that the singular form of ravioli is raviolo
Elessar · 26-30, M
@SwampFlower Yeah, I mean it's one of the nouns that follow the general rule:
-o for m. sing; -i for m. plur;
-a. for f. sing and -e for f.plur
-o for m. sing; -i for m. plur;
-a. for f. sing and -e for f.plur

@Elessar Thanks. Now I'm fluent in Italian 🥴

@SwampFlower The nouns are relatively easy, wait until you find out about the verbs 🙈

@Elessar lolol I'm looking up a conjugation chart as we speak.

@Elessar I've been to a few fancy restaurants and always left so stuffed I could barely walk. Maybe I just choose them carefully lmao

@LvChris God don't get me started on how unions do that. My union never paid more than a basic per diem AS IT SHOULD BE.

@Elessar oh very much this too! The more expensive a restaurant the less food you get!
