There was a really good Indian buffet in Atlanta before covid. The restaurant is still open, but they don't do the buffet anymore.

@SW-User Indian buffets start out good here then they start reducing the heat to appease a few customers who complain. My last favorite buffet’s Indian cook quit & they replaced her with Mexican cooks who don’t know how to season & cook the same way. I got heartburn so bad last time I went I couldn’t sleep all night long. Never happened before at after having Indian food even with the very spicy ones.
