Whats your favorite cultural food?

I'd have to pick Chinese food. just they way the make their food is so different but so damn good

I'm really liking Vietnamese and Thai. Love so many different cuisines from Mexican, Chinese, French, Mediterranean: Greek, Israeli, Persian. Love the variety of spices, flavors and textures.

both of those i still need to try.. but my town dont have mexican :( so i get jello when people talk about how good tacos are and here i am unable to try LOL
