@Funlov I hardly ever have it now. Need gluten-free and if I make a big pie with a GF crust have to eat it all by myself. Sometimes I make lemon curd and have that instead.

@cherokeepatti why? There are actually many gluten free flour pie crusts that actually are pretty good. Ever tried almond flour? Not like you have to use yeast to raise it for pies.
Also there's a certain technique to make it flaky like a Napoleon crust that really is flaky with layers of shortening, yet you have to bake the crust first.

@DeWayfarer I know that. I use those flours. I don’t want to make a big pie all for myself.
