How long did you take to cook it?? I believe 2 days is how to make it amazing.. I've never made it myself btw, just asking

@SW-User Oh this is at a restaurant. I've made pho and the broth is a good all day or overnight cook and if you wanna use tendon and tripe you gotta cook those too. It's a LOT of work.

@SW-User Yeah. There's a lot of cheat recipes but frankly they're not worth the time may as well just make a beef stock and wave a star anise over it.
