@LadyBronte Nah. The polenta wasnt the reason for that relationship not lasting. But Im sure my folks didn鈥檛 shed a tear. 馃槄

I cant imagine maple syrup on polenta.

Have you ever had it blackened on the bbq?

I have never seen grits up here. So unlikely I will try them locally.

But I will think of the savoury grits with shrimp now. Thank you

Blackened on the BBQ? No, but that sounds really good! I may have to try that sometime.

You could aways make shrimp and grits. Just substitute polenta! Yum!!!
