I almost burned down the building to make this 🥴

I started by plating it rather sparsly like they would at a fine restaurant but honestly it looks tastier once you fill the plate 🤣🥰 It all came out perfect, super tasty

Omg, looks so yummy! Everything! What are the two sauces?

Suggestion: once cooked it would likely hold its shape on its own, so I'd remove the toothpicks before plating. But yeah, looks yummy!

@sarabee1995 Bearnaise sauce and pepper sauce. It doesn't hold the shape well enough, I've done this many times. I liked the tooth picks, they allow you to pick up the meat and eat it with your hands without touching it haha.
