@vetguy1991 i probably spelt it wrong. Its a french cheese a bit like Brie. Ive had it on pizza before and it's very good.

@meggie a mild or sharp cheese?

@vetguy1991 mild but rich and it's spelt camembert.

@meggie does it melt easily?

@vetguy1991 it does soften but stays in chunks. It's a very nice cheese to have as part of a chessboard too. Some people bake them and have the cheese hot with cracjers or sliced french bread.

@meggie ok , most cheeses i like on pizza melt well and are stretchy lol
