Wow that potato gratin and whiskey sauce is perfection😳

In fact the whiskey sauce is so tasty that bearnaise sauce is overkill, I wouldn't usually say this 😧
And of course, the meat is terrific as usual. People who like rare meat wouldn't like it though!

@HannibalAteMeOut put a cm thick layer of potatoes down ontop of slightly oiled surface. Add a pinch of white pepper and sprinkle a pinch of diced onions ontop, salt the layer as much as if you were to salt fries. Repeat this step until all your potatoes are positioned. Then sprinkle a tiny bit of rosemary and diced garlic ontop. Sprinkle a teaspoon of cornstarch ontop of the potatoes. Pour 50% milk 50% full cream over it until it forms a shallow pool on the bottom, you should see the milk if you tip the dish slightly. Make sure the cornstarch is somewhat disolved. Place into the oven at 225C until it looks like in the picture and you can easily take a spoon and scoop a piece of it. For this size it took me about 40 minutes and then I turned it to low heat until the meat was done.
