Do you meal prep?

Finished cooking for the week. I made enough food to last me for two weeks and stuck the ones I won't be eating anytime soon in the freezer. Fresh food is obviously the best but not everyone has time for that and I definitely don't want to keep eating out or eating junk food.
prefer to cook everyday, have a fresh hot meal waiting when he gets home. some dishes are good for a second day though. lasagne, bake ziti, eggplant parmigiana

@saragoodtimes I'm sure you can cook well
@IamLara haven't poisoned him yet and he doesn't complain

Yes, I do.
I make large batches of the meals I love best and freeze them in serving sized containers, marked with the name of the dish and the date.
When I'm too tired to cook and the end of some days - they rescue and restore me.
Of if friends pop in unexpectedly, I've always got something healthy and yummy ready to offer.

No because i enjoy cooking...
And can't imagine want to eat a meal in a specific quantity...
It's too rigid to me.
I'm organised and have enough meals under my belt that I can cook quickly

I try to to help with my fitness journey. I find if I meal prep for the week I eat far better, if I don鈥檛 I鈥檒l go for quick fixes like sandwiches or instant noodles etc
I used to.
Ive been considering doing it again.
Im not sure it will save me time, but it will save me hassle.

I definitely do - if I didn't, my diet would consist of junk and my waistline would expand exponentially.
I wish I did. But I鈥檓 basically like a toddler with food. If I鈥檓 not in the mood for it then I won鈥檛 eat it

I really should. I think I would eat things that are better for me.

Not per se. I do sometimes make a cassarole and eat it for several days only adding a fresh veggies or rice that I can cook in 15 minutes to go with it.
