But I really enjoy eating the wings part of a baked chicken, over any other piece. They're so soft and flavorful. I baked a whole pan full while ago and boy were they good. You can put just about any sauce on them and they taste good.

Made some a while back. Baked them @350 for about an hour. Mixed soy sauce, some sugar, a bit of garlic salt, wasabi paste and a drop or two of sesame oil. Mixed, heated, poured over the wings and added sliced scallion
