Different kinds of Salmon

I'm on a Salmon kick. Buy a big fillet. Marinate it in Island Teriyaki. And bake it in the oven.
Now I'm a connoisseur of the different kinds that are out there.
1. Chilean Salmon... eh.
2. Canadian Salmon... pretty darn good.
3. Norwegian Salmon... The Best.

@SW-User I'm stuck on the Island Teriyaki. Haven't really tried others. But I probably will.

I make a marinade that turns out real tasty with baked salmon. Mayonnaise + fresh garlic + lemon juice & zest + herbs + paprika + hot chili powder + salt. @JohnnyBliss
