Have you ever been so poor you ate food out of the garbage?

I have and did that quite a bit 2 years ago. I would take half eaten bags of chips out of the trash. A coworker threw a takeout box with uneaten takeout in it away. When nobody was looking I took it out of the trash and enjoyed the 2 steak tacos that were left.

@Eddiesolds Things are better now ,thanks buddy. I used to hit the cans at McDonald's one if the managers caught me and they would let me get food
