What Do You Eat When You Have No Appetite?

Have had a sinus infection and still don’t have an appetite. I can manage some watermelon but anything else I can think of doesn’t sound good to me. I have lost 6 pounds since Sunday.

Mashed potatoes, light chicken broth, soup in general. When I was sick for two weeks and had no idea what I had except severe inflammation I took detox water and bone marrow broth every day with veggies. It always gave me some extra vitamins (and somewhat soothed me)
