What Do You Eat When You Have No Appetite?

Have had a sinus infection and still don’t have an appetite. I can manage some watermelon but anything else I can think of doesn’t sound good to me. I have lost 6 pounds since Sunday.

How about apricot, peach, apple, or cucumber?
Or maybe a light veggie soup.

@SW-User soup sounds like it might be good but haven’t felt like cooking like before

@cherokeepatti Maybe go for those ready made or instant soup mixes? Some of them can be good. Not like homemade but still.

@SW-User They used to put MSG in them. I’ll have to check. Here in the USA they use different words to cover for the MSG.
