Snacks: pretzels, hummus/dips with veggies or pita, nuts, peanutbutter on celery
Dinner:chicken breast (thin cut) for chicken cutlets or even for plain grilled or roasted,steak, seafood, and then veggies/potatoes for side
Lunch: cold cuts with or without bread, salad (I do a spinach and other greens mix with balsamic and feta)
