Salsa and eggs

i like salsa on my egg omelettes occasionally too

I do the same but with corn tortillas.

I think it's weird to add the bread and cheddar. But I enjoy eggs with salsa. Eggs in purgatory (basically eggs poached in a skillet with a spicy tomato sauce and onion and celery)is good too.

I often put a medium spicy Pico De Gallo on scrambled eggs... like more often that not. Then again, I put it on lots of things.

That sounds good. Sunny side up eggs with the gold dripping would make it really good

The white bread is the weird part to me.
