But you can tell later when the cat finishes eating that they didn’t like it. Watched the feral cat dig around the dirt and scratching around the plate like it was trying to bury a turd. 😂 I didn’t think canned turkey cat food smelled that bad.

lol they do that bc they're saving it for later. my momma cat taught all her kittens to do the same, scraping the indoor floor for invisible dirt to preserve the dry kibble. lol now they all do it. but i've had cats who didn't do that too.

@lovelywarpedlemon Found a dead frog on the door mat after I fed the cat. Think the cat is hinting around that there will be more of the same if turkey canned food is fed again.

Very picky. My cat always demands to smell my food. Yet rarely ever eats any of my food.

She has turned down even tuna if it was canned in oil instead of water. Fortunately there's no price difference.

@Lilnonames the feral cat didn’t gag while eating that food. I watched out the window when the scratching started 😂….maybe it was after it was eaten and no longer hungry that the nausea started.
