I've started eating differently and I love it

I mix everything into a big salad bowl
Chicken, lamb, or fish
Mixed salad or lettuce
Brocolli
Black berries, blue berries, any berries
Black or green olives
Roast carrot
Half a sweet potato

Fruit on the side

I variate with other veg, but it's mostly veg and berries with protein and it's so much better. I realised it's better to eat smaller portions of lots of things, giving a full nutritional profile and filling me up more than just having a large portion of 2-3 things. Feel way better and way fuller. And yes the berries go really well with everything else.
