I missed breakfast this morning but I decided to make me some waffles, eggs and bacon and of course some of the most yummiest local peach syrup to go with it.

Peach syrup?! That sounds delicious! I'm a big fan of peaches. They are my favorite fruit. Have you ever grilled peaches? I tried that this past week. They turned out really good. I put a maple syrup, ancho chile glaze on them. It was a recipe from a cookbook I like.
