No though probably eat more of it than I should, if by "processed" you mean ready-meals or the big-name cereals, soups, sauces etc . crammed with added sugar (to sweeten) and salt (flavour-enhancing).
It's such a loose term though, bandied about with little thought. The only food not processed in some way is fresh fruit and vegetables eaten raw.
