First attempt at making rustic bread

Smells great. Didn't rise as much as my poolish was only 4 hours old and I added too much flour which made the dough heavier. Nice though

@RebelFox I would and have tried but I live in a top floor apartment and most herbs just don't take to it I've found. I can store them for longer in water but the mint is starting to go a bit funny now.
