Ick my mom made mashed potatoes but healthy with part celery root in them

The taste and feel is like mashed potatoes but there's a faint celery taste

I prefer to have mashed potatoes with Boiled Calf's Head. Since I dont know how to cook I have to pay for someone to cook it for me.
