The last time I was in the UK, what stood out was the poor customer service, and it was everywhere that I went, except for one department store. I didn’t realize how great CS is here in the States until I went back, and experienced the pi33 poor attitudes, and bad manners of the Brits towards paying customers.

They should be sued…complain to the Health Dept.

I dont tolerate poor customer service. If I cant get moved to a different section I get up and leave.
