Is it wrong to boil red meat?
I mean, it’s already low in fat and when I cook it by boiling it, it becomes so dry unlike fatty meat, and it’s harder to eat…

Actually I’m just curious about red meat because I’ve experimenting with slow cooking and managed to make normal fatty meat super soft, but when I tried the same trick with meat cubes that happened to be low fat, it was still cooked well, the tissues were so soft and easy to cut with a blunt spoon but when I eat it, something is wrong, it’s so dry! So I thought there has to be a better way to cook it
