I hate wanting to be skinny but also wanting to eat a ton of junk food

I let myself have a mini bag of salt and vinegar chips but I want to devour a family sized bag 😭

dont know with you but most are the same its a carb addiction, i used to be that bad my hands shook when coming down from a carb high .
