What's your favourite time to drink cold water?

I just woke up very thirsty. Why do I find relief in drinking an ice cold water at such time of the day? It's pass 4:00AM here and I forgot I have my all time favourite 500ml jasmine tea at fridge I left overnight ♡

I drank water with lemon pieces in it that was left in t e fridge over night. Just before i went to sleep. I drank it and my toes curled it was so good

Oh lemon water..who wouldn't like that.. I miss making one too before I use to add kiwi or strawberry but I have a very unlikeable oregano version :) :)

Yes that is also delicious. My girls make it often and when they looking for it i have drank all of it. And then eat the fruit afterwards. Delicious and very good for you
