What's your favourite time to drink cold water?

I just woke up very thirsty. Why do I find relief in drinking an ice cold water at such time of the day? It's pass 4:00AM here and I forgot I have my all time favourite 500ml jasmine tea at fridge I left overnight ♡

I tend to drink it in the morning, too, especially after my walk. Perhaps I wake up a bit dehydrated.

Probably it has something to do with dehydration..but yeah why does it quench thirst really good? :)

@jadenightbird: Wouldn't it ? I love cold water best, much more than room temperature.
