Anyone know what varza cu ciolan is?
The only explanations I have seen so far are in Romanian. Expecting to eat it tomorrow.

What they ended up serving us was veal, but perhaps it was a variation on the classic recipe. Or maybe they just changed their minds. It was dinner served to a group at a winery after a tour.
