I have a big butt
And maybe that’s why I eat more carbs
Maybe it’s just my genes saying
We will make you crave a carby breakfast
Like that’s possible
Maybe….what an appropriate amount of carb is for someone else may not be enough for me
Hence why I love carbs
I have been eating a traditional Punjabi breakfast for the past two weeks.
Iv hated it growing up
And for some weird reason it’s all I want.
It’s made with semolina, butter and sugar.
I have made some switches
So instead of sugar I used sugar free vanilla syrup
And with the chopped almonds I added lots of flax seed and chia seeds
