I okish. I kinda overdid it today. I did too many chores and stuff. My stomach is ok but my back hurts a little. But I’m laying down now. 🙃 so glad I got my staples taken out last week 🥳

@JRVanguard 🤗 the staple removal was really easy & quick. My nurse used these tiny plier thingy to pinch the middle of the staple to bend it and then just plucked them out. 😮

I use that exact tool all the time for work
Staples are SO MUCH easier to take out than sutures

I work for an orthopedic surgeon so yeah staple removal comes up from time to time 😅

@JRVanguard Or sometimes the staples (or glue) are used to fasten a fold of skin over dissolvable sutures until the sutures are done healing- - -right?
