What have you had for breakfast ?

So far, I'm working on my second cup of coffee. I usually don't eat breakfast until a little later, and usually it's just a protein bar or shake.

I had some pancakes this morning, small ones, with Tate and Lyle golden syrup.

Pancakes because my son wanted them

Nothing yet. I just got up.

Oatmeal with berries

Eggs, and toast.
