@OogieBoogie practically anything and everything in the fridge at the time; different meats, cheeses, and vegetables. :D

I cant remember the last time I used a recipe.

I have a thing about raw ingredients . I love cooking from scratch.

And I love texture in dishes, hence why I fry alot ...you can keep the crunch in vegetables, get bacon crispy etc.

@OogieBoogie absolutely when cooking from scratch; creativity comes alive.
It is a must to keep vegetables crunchy in a stir fry dish. You never want them over cooked or too soft.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I like over easy eggs on grits. I like to mix the yoke in then add pepper and Tabasco sauce. :)

@SW-User I know some people would be like wtf, but I love them. We typically don't have grits out west, but when I would go to Virginia I made sure to always order them.
