I Have No Appetite and Nothing Sounds Good For Dinner, So I Won’t Have Any….

I had steak for lunch with raw slices of onions, a banana and an orange later. I wish I could think of something that would be good to eat but nothing.

I'm a pasta man, so that's basically what I usually eat. Once in a while a pizza, or chicken noodle soup.

@Beebo I can’t eat gluten foods, inflames my joints, haven’t had anything but gluten-free stuff for over 4 years.

@Beebo yes they do and I have made it, but don’t crave carbs any more either. I started taking Vitamin D, Boron and Moringa in November and lost my appetite for sweets first (even if someone bought a big container of chocolates I wouldn’t touch them) and then other carbs like rice, mashed potatoes and gluten-free pasta. So basically I am on keto although I started having a banana every day to help with digestion and maybe an orange.

@Beebo yes but I can’t stay on it very low carb for more than a month before adding some resistant starches in my diet for awhile. They help with gut bacteria that helps digestion plus a lot of other health benefits. If I do it for more than a month at a time my weight loss stops so i have to start eating a green of banana a day and a bit of other things to help add to the resistant starches Iike some beans or sunflower seeds.

@cherokeepatti That sounds confusing, lol ... It sounds mathematical, like not enough of this, a little more of that. I would never be any good at dieting, lol

@Beebo It’s not difficult once you read about it and learn. I lost weight over years ago by increasing resistant starches in my diet.

@cherokeepatti Weight lost is a good thing, it's healthier. I'm fat myself, but I do pretty good getting around and working.
