All I will say is have something small so you don't feel crap in the morning. Cheese and biscuits or some soup

@InOtterWords I don’t eat biscuits. Only keto breads I don’t feel like making soup just for myself, I don’t eat canned soups at all so it has to be homemade.

@cherokeepatti I'm not sure what you can have in a keto diet but do have something, even of it is small

@InOtterWords I don’t even feel like chewing at this point. Like I said every evening at dinner I put a modest amount of food on my plate or bowl, mostly green veggies and some protein and I have to force myself to eat. it’s not like I am going to blow away if I don’t eat dinner I guess.
