My favorite type of food is Indian. I could eat that every day. I like the variety but if I had to pick one thing it would be goat saag if it’s available.
I also like Middle Eastern, Ethiopian, and authentic Mexican. There’s a hole in the wall place near my office that has the best al pastor I’ve ever had. You have to time it right, if you go at lunch, be prepared to wait as every Mexican construction worker in the vicinity will be there.
