Who's excited for rhubarb season?

Not this girl. I used to love it as a young child till I had applesauce & rhubarb for dessert one evening and got sick in the middle of the night. Too much acid in rhubarb for my tender stomach lining. I did love the flavor mixed with other fruit though, applesauce or strawberries especially.

It's mid-January in northern Canada. I'm excited for two months of heavy cold and snow before I can even dream of rhubarb lmao

Have been excited about many things in my lifetime .. never once was rhubarb involved
