I love these step by step photos. Good job.

I grew up with this kind of stuff, canning tomatoes, pickling, making jam.

Feels like home ❤️

@Coppercoil thanks 😊 I always do step by step pics when I cook & make stuff.

Wish I grew up with canning. I started doing it 5 years ago

@Harlow that's amazing. I grew up with it too.. and later a few years ago took a pressure canning course for meats and stuff, since we didn't do that.

I hope to have a little homestead somewhere someday.. might just be a dream that l never reach.. but I've learned a lot on solar and building and stuff.

Just always interested on do it yourself skills you know?

@Coppercoil that’s awesome. I’ve been curious about the whole pressure canning process.

A homestead sounds cozy. Dream until your dream comes true. do it.

Diy projects are so fun and sentimental. The hard work and time you put into them make the end product mean more.

@Harlow I consider you great inspiration. Your drawings and stories and photos and cooking and all at such a young age. I need to get off my ass.. I work 11 hour days with commute and I work hard.. but I have to build more things to aspire to build and develop. I need to push myself more.

@Coppercoil Awww thanks.
I was thinking the opposite lol. I keep feeling like I’m behind and need to do more. 😅 There’s ALOT of things I need to do and experience. But I’ll give myself some credit. I have been trying lately. I haven’t posted any of the deep stuff.

Yes to pushing yourself more though. Progress is important

@Harlow well.. my dear sweet Harlow.. you are a complicated person I can see. I don't doubt what I see is just a fraction of the total you and all you do. But we are always our own biggest critic. I've seen the most amazing people often suffer the most. Their greatest gift and what seperates them from everyone else, is also the thing that, at times, is always on the verge of destroying all it's created.

@Harlow edit* Harlow spellchecker strikes again.. sorry.

@Coppercoil lol no worries.
