Do you like canning too?

@Atlotto my favorite to do are peaches for some reason. I like the process and how the peaches look lol

@Harlow I canned some peaches, they do look good in jars.

@Atlotto do you write the date on the lid with a Sharpie marker to help you keep your foods rotated?

@cherokeepatti Yes. I'm not new to preserving foods.

@Atlotto we didn’t have Sharpies when I was younger so we didn’t mark the date on them. But by the time summer rolled around our stock of food had dwindled enough that we knew what we needed to use up first and pushed the new foods to the back of the shelves.
