First try at Fried Chicken

Not as good as KFC but I'll take it LOL

For kfc similar flavor I use white, black, and a little red pepper. Nutmeg, basil, a punch of cloves, sugar, salt, citric acid, and chicken bullion. Mix with flour. Dust chicken with flour. Dip in beaten egg whites and buttermilk. Dredge with the seasoned flour and fry.

@Tastyfrzz I use lemon pepper, paprika, sea salt, basil, sage, thyme, and turmeric. 🙂
