It’s not about what you eat it’s about how much you eat of it.

A banana has about 300 something calories and a snickers bar has one hundred something.

I’m not knocking you at all I think it’s wonderful you’re trying to eat healthy. After all food is the body’s fuel.

Yesterday I ate zucchini and pico de gallo with baked salmon and sushi for dinner and I have so much energy and feel amazing 🥰
