@KuroNeko how is bread bad for you i hear people saying that alot lately.. Ive never had a probablem with bread... Its just a boring food without anything like pnut butter or in a sandwitch or somthing.. Bread could probably save someones life who is starving idk.. But still pple say its bad.. Idk bread is good to me i hate bread alone tho.. It has to be combined with other food within bread

Why is it bad for you? Bread to me is mostly just a base food used to hold ingredients together.. Never had a problem witj it tho.. Is it the gluten?? This why people need to stop eating a shitload of foods like pizza is just bread mostly..

Why not? personaly for me i never had a problem with bread probably cus i hate it alone. i only ever eat it combined with other food and never had problems with it i like it especially if the bread has butter
