@ButterRobot What about for a snack? Is it a healthy replacement for a chocolate?
Iv also stocked up on salt n vinegar crisps to have a crisp sandwich. To make it healthy I’ll be using avocado as a spread

@Carlisle the bread, avacado and chip sandwitch should be ok... It does seem to lack protien tho. As long as you're not eating more chips.. The avacado should be the healhiest part of that so imo you should make sure to have more avacado than bread and chips... I love chips too but its not enough.. Remember chips werw made as a troll so its very thinly cut potatoe and oil salt and whatver. i like bread u need bread to hold food together or somthing someotimes... But alone those foods are not sustainable you need protien and other stuff from food imo . fruit too after a big savoiry dinner or lunch meals or somthing like that.

@DeluxedEdition i never said cut out the bread. Imo you need it too it was someone else saying bread is terrible for you.. I just said she should have more avacado than chips and bread.. I think bread is good too tbh. Iv never had a problem with it. I think carbs is good too. But it gets boring somtimes. it should be combined with other food types imo for it to be a proper meal
