dinner, I eat my last meal really early because I like to fast intermittently

@Aiyana: why do you do that? I do it sometimes but I prefer 24 hour fasts

@taehyun: i have a binge eating disorder and it's helped me to cut down on binging late at night, it's just what works for me. putting all of my food for the day into one small window helps curb that urge
