Since this is my first post I feel it's unequivocally necessary to relish on grilled cheese sandwiches

What's your best, simple GCS with no more than one additional ingredient that ISN'T cheese?

Mine- Swiss, cheddar and block parmesan with mayo toasted into the bread.
