Who would you share your last cookie with?

Whoever loves the cookies I bake. I had a neighbor who lived down the block and for some reason he always knew when I was baking brownies or cookies. He’d knock and on the door and when he came inside he’d ask if my husband was home…he knew he wasn’t cause the truck was gone. Then he’d say “Whatcha cooking?” I’d tell him and say have some and have my back turned doing dishes and turn around and the entire plate was gone. He’d just smile and I’d make more for later. I don’t know how he knew to time it just right, maybe he smelled it down the block.
