Easiest cake you can make is to take an angel food cake mix and mix it with a large can of crushed pineapple, pour it into a greased and floured rectangle pan and bake between 35-40 minutes at 350F. I like it just like that but you can add whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar if you wish.

@MissElla we’ll I got nothing other than fish fillets. Heat oven to 400 degrees. I heat pan in oven for 5 minutes take out of oven spread the butter than the fish salt pepper and garlic powder on fish. I usually just season one side, as I don’t like a ton of seasoning. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
Lately I’ve been doing rainbow trout. Wrap in enough time foil that you can bend it into 2 large sheets. On the fish I add garlic powder salt and pepper. Cut about 6 thick slices of butter about a 1/4 inch thick and put 3 in the fish body cavity and then 3 slices on top. Then with the flaps of tin foil wrap and close the fish up. Bake for 30 minutes. Usually the eyes will turn from black to white when it’s ready to eat.. If the fish the fish is still raw bake another 10 minutes. Make sure the fish is tightly sealed in the tinfoil
